Student Health and Wellbeing

Student Health and Wellbeing

At JCSRS, we do all we can to provide a happy, safe and healthy environment for our students, through the pursuit of the following school-wide priorities:

  • The encouragement of healthy eating and effective, balanced nutrition
  • The promotion of exercise and physical activity
  • The learning of resilience skills
  • The pursuit of emotional health and wellbeing

Our School Nurse will care for your child if they become unwell or are hurt at school, and we will contact you to inform you of the situation. If your child is not well enough to return to class after seeing the nurse, we will contact you to arrange for you (or a designated person) to take your child home.

Our school is equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and other first-aid equipment. We give appropriate care for illness or accidents and liaise with students’ family members.

Parents are required to maintain updated medical information on the Gateway.

You can contact our School Nurse by calling the school office at 2761 9893 or at nurse@jcsrs.edu.hk.

Administration of Medication in School

Prescribed medication is administered following submission of the appropriate medication administration forms.
